Capturing screen-shots on iPhone

I accidentally did this and found a capture of screen-shot in my photo  library. .. Apparently if you want to take the screen shot of a page you are currently viewing, you could just press and hold the iPhone’s Home button, and then click on the Sleep button on top of the phone.

Again, to capture the screen you are currently at:

  1. Hold iPhone’s Home Button
  2. While holding Home Button click Sleep button

The screen of the iPhone will flash briefly white while a screenshot is captured into the photo library.(You can see the screenshot on the camera roll area of the pictures folder.)

Isn’t this neat? Well, then again, what am going to do with such a feature?

-Capture anything online via safari for wallpaper!

- save settings of an account – email/calendar etc

- capture snapshot of my bank accounts while logged in any bank-app so I don’t have to log-in more than once a day

-capture any error thrown by a third party app for reference

well…this small list is a good validation that it IS a cool feature!
